Disney channel site uses alot of blue. The site is based on tv shows and has episodes so kids can watch them on the site giving them more popularity since kids will talk about it.

PBS is not a good example to use since it is an all flash start. It has alot of flash use so it is easier for kids since they won't copy text. The use of characters from shows draws their attention to stay.
